I like solving problems, so I provide technical support on Home Automation (HA) and Home Theater PC (HTPC) forums, whenever I can assist... Below you will find links to various freeware/open source/commercial drivers/plugins/applications that I have developed or taken over.
Beyond TV addons
Before they switched their focus to their Enterprise edition, I had been providing technical support on the SnapStream's forums and developed some C# addons for their consumer's product, the Beyond TV Personal Video Recorder.
- BeyondTVLibrary: Open Source development library for the Beyond TV API.
- BTV-Negociator: a better conflict(s) resolution and more, for Beyond TV 4.8+.
- BTV-Externinator: external recordings (DVB/Firewire/QAMetc.) for Beyond TV 4.8+.
- GrafCorder: DirectShow recording from a simple GraphEdit .GRF file.
CQC
Using CML, I have developed a generic driver and took over an existing SageTV one, for the Charm Quark systems Home Automation application.
- Field Generator driver: Generic driver to interface with applications over TCP.
- Sage Media Server: Enhanced versions of the SageCQC driver developed by Beelzerob.
MainLobby
I have fixed bugs as well as enhanced some of the existing plugins and drivers for the MainLobby (ML) Home Automation application from Cinemar Solutions Inc. I have also developed my own plugins from scratch, using C# .NET.

- MLBeyondTV Plugin: An integration between Snapstream's BeyondTV PVR software and MainLobby.
- MLComDevice Plugin: Control a device through serial/TCP (ASCII/hex) communication.
- MLSageTV Plugin: An integration between SageTV media management software and MainLobby.
- MLSchedule Plugin: A more robust scheduling plugin than the original MLScheduler from Cinemar.
Automation neutral application
Those C# applications are not tied to either MainLobby or CQC. They can be used in stand alone mode or in principle could be used with ML, CQC or others.
- TChanger Application: Control and get status from Sony's new BDP-CX7000ES 400 disk BluRay changer, works with ML/CQC.
- TChart Application: Application to create charts from data written to/read from a database, works with ML and CQC.
- TIRT Application: Provides infrared control of most IR devices. Supports Tallus's USBIR1T hardware.
- TOBD2 Application: Application to access information about your vehicle, works with MainLobby and CQC.
- TRadio Application: Application supporting the Sirius/XM satellite and HD radio, works with MainLobby and CQC.
- TWines Application: Provides advanced wine and drink database management utility.
Android applications
I have developed applications for the Android OS used in some phones and tablets...
- TAAppLauncher Application Launches user configured applications at prescribed times or places. (early stage)
- TaChanger Application: Control and get status from Sony's BDP-CX7000ES 400 disk BluRay changer, through TChanger.
- TACX7000ES Application: Control and get status from Sony's BDP-CX7000ES 400 disk BluRay changer through UPnP.
- TARiva Application: CQC RIVA (Remote Interface Viewer Architecture) client.
- TASageTV Application: Application which connects to your SageTV server/clients.
- TaSageTVRemote Application: Application which acts as a Remote control for your SageTV clients.
- TAUF Application: Simple application which queries your Local Area Network for UPnP devices.
- TAWines Application: Provides advanced wine and drink database management utility.
- TaWishWash: Makes it easy to schedule your car wash from your phone! (UK only)
iOS application
I have also developed Objective-C projects for the iOS devices (iPod/iPad/iPhone)...
- TiSageTV Application: Application which connects to your SageTV server/clients.
- TiSageTVRemote Application: Application which acts as a Remote control for your SageTV clients.
- TiRx Application: Application to facilitate filling out prescriptions. (in development)
- TiWishWash: Makes it easy to schedule your car wash from your phone! (UK only)
Other
The SageTV related plugins/drivers/apps would not have been possible, without the collaboration with Beelzerob, which lead to the Open Source development of:
- SageTCPServer: An open source TCP interface for the SageTV PVR software API (SageTCPServer for developers).
I have also taken over the Open source project: iOS streaming plugin, after jreichen became too busy with his new job.
